Following Nokia and Seimens, networking equipment supplier Cisco Systems Inc. has announced that it will set up a research and development centre in Hangzhou. Insiders note that this move demonstrates that Cisco is paying close attention to its presence in the Chinese market. Cisco’s R&D centre will cooperate with Zhejiang University to recruit young talented individuals.
