The Bookworm Suzhou is at once café, bookstore, restaurant, library, bar, comedy club, and live music venue; truly a central cultural hub of the great city of Suzhou, and one of the most classic expat-operated venues in town. I first went on a night with live music and was hooked ever since! Great food (go for the fried cheesy eggplant or any of the pastas!) great drinks, and a great atmosphere both daytime and night.
