Other specialties include Pan-fried Mandarin Fish with Preserved Vegetables, Stir-fried Prawns and Cashews with Sichuan Peppers, Stir-fried Pork In Ginger Garlic Sauce, Sweetened Scrambled Egg Yolks with Crushed Walnuts, Chilled Almond Bean Curd, and Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle.
