The holiday season continues with a hearty three-course Spring Festival Holiday Set Menu for two available for RMB1,488 +10% service charge starting February 18 and lasting through April 30, 2015. For mains the set menu comes complete with one of Morton’s best selling signature dishes, a sweet and tender Jumbo Lump Crab Cake balanced with Morton’s house-made Thai Cream and Mustard Mayonnaise on the side. True to Morton’s style, a dinner would be remiss without a serving of Morton’s finest grain-fed wet aged beef steak. For the second entrée, diners can savor a juicy Broiled 6 oz. Filet Mignon cooked to perfection. The two mains are rounded out with a large side serving of Garlic Green Beans. Finish the meal with a moist White Chocolate Pecan Bread Pudding dessert, one of Morton’s dishes unique to Oyster Bar and Grille. The oversized sweet treat is perfect for sharing over a cup of fresh brewed coffee.
