Operational and Financial Management
1. Assist the Principal in delivering of the agreed operating plan, which is measured against key performance indicators covering education quality, student enrollment, high quality staff, health and safety, revenue and costs.
2. Assist the Principal in ensuring that the School's policies and local regulatory requirements for the international curriculum and well-being of staff and students are met.

Job Requirements
1. A subject relevant degree from an established university
2. PGCE/QTS or equivalent
3. A proven track record of sustained and significant success at an educational leadership level as well as demonstrating an effective and varied education career profile.
4. Successful experience of promoting and delivering excellence and innovation in teaching and learning and curriculum.
5. Relevant and effective innovation, team leadership and project management experience demonstrating a strategic and forward-looking approach.
6. Demonstrable experience of engaging and building relationships with a wide variety of key internal and external stakeholders.
7. In-depth understanding of education in a bilingual setting
8. Experience of implementing and monitoring strategic plans to support the over-arching vision and mission of an education institution.
9. Experience of resource management, financial, human and physical.
10. Experience across a range of staff management processes including recruitment, development, retention, performance management and appraisal.
11. Experience of leadership and management of teaching and non-teaching staff
