We are seeking a passionate educator who wishes to make a different and help our kids grow holistically to join our Montessori Kindergarten.

The lead teacher will work in collaboration with the assistant to ensure a nurturing and positive experience for the children in our care and their families. This is a perfect role a candidate who is excited to learn from an experienced guide and has the appetite to step into leadership.The lead teacher has the potential to be trained as and promoted into the AMI leader role in the near future.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Support children's learning with Montessori materials throughout the day;
2. Record observations of children's activities throughout the day;
3. Build relationships with families by greeting them warmly at drop off or pick up;
4. Participate in parent/teacher conferences;
5. Prepare the environment including cleaning, making, refreshing, arranging and stocking classroom materials;
6. Collaborate with classroom staff and administration;
7. Share observations and contribute to classroom staff meetings;
8. Take children to a public park for outdoor play time;
9. Be willing and able to follow and implement all pandemic health protocols;

Key Requirement:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant subject area;
2. At least 2 years Full-time Classroom teaching experience in an international education sector with children between 2.5-6 years old.
3. Association Montessori International(AMI/AMS)Diploma for the 3-6 years old is a plus;
4. String sense of responsibility and care for kids;
5. Be collaborative and actively work as a team;
6. Be committed to maintain and improving the high standards of teaching and learning;
7. Must be up-to-date on your COVID vaccination prior to starting work;
8. CPR/First Aid Certification(Or be willing to acquire)

Salary&Benefits:
1. Salary: 20-30K per month, plus 2 month performance based bonus and 1 month annual completion bonus;
