Job Description
Classes per week: Around 24 classes
Working hours per day: 8 hours
Class size: maximum 25 students per class
Main Curriculum: IEYC, A-level
Working time: 7:30-16:00 Monday-Friday , national holidays.
Extra duties: ECA、boarding support etc.(one time /teacher/month)

Key responsibilities:
-Ensure that teaching and learning is conducted in accordance with the program’s foundational principles (above)
-Model excellent teaching for team members
-Maintains high but personalized expectations of students, self and team members
-Promote and support the Kindergarten’s strategic goals
-Promote and maintain a calm, caring, and appropriately challenging environment for children
-Develop a deep understanding of the Kindergarten’s curriculum and assessment policies and practices
-Contribute to ongoing curriculum development

1. Gross annual salary (before tax and deductions) is from RMB 260,000.00 to RMB 455,000.00 according to the candidates’ degree, employment experience. Approximate tax and deductions is 25%.

Candidate Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area
2. Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Education in relevant subject
