Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the production,preparation and presentation of all food items,to ensure highest quality at all the times;
2、Can design the memu according to business needs,can provide recipes and train staff accoedingly;
3、Proficient in all Day Dining restaurant operations of the kitchen;
3、Kitchen food cost control.

Qualifications:
1、good communication;
2、3-5 years italian kitchen experience;
3、good office software using;
4、good communication skills and optimistic attitude;
5、have the experience working with chinese colleagues;
6、Must have the bachelor's degree and two years of work experience.
