Responsibilities:
 Work with Art Director to set the game character look, output and formulate the template and specification of character conceptual design.
 Actively discuss the design direction with Designer, quickly complete various conceptual art such as sketches, storyboards, mood boards etc as required to help establish and convey the vision of the art director so as to promote narrative and enhance game design.
 Continue to pay attention to and understand the game industry, correctly understand the position and role of art in game development, cooperate with the team in art development, constantly enrich and improve the game look and users experience.
 Work closely with the team to provide effective visual concept solutions and balance the needs of art guidance and game design.

Skills:
 More than 8 years of conceptual design experience in the game industry, good at realistic art creation.
 Able to accurately understand work requirements, have the ability to quickly iterate and adjust visual design.
 High art appreciation level and ability to appreciate game art, excellent sense of innovation and vision.
 Capable of global and recognizable art concept and mood design.
 Love games, familiar with current popular art style, continue to pay attention to and understand the industry trends.
 Help improve the game experience according to the work scope and able to work under pressure.
 Experience in 3A game concept design is preferred.
