Job Description:
 Planning and delivering English lessons to students ages 6-12;
 Handle class sizes of around 20 students and make sure the classroom is well-organized;
 Do paper work required;
 Office hours: No office hours;
 Can be full time, part-time, or freelance
 Employment commencement date: ASAP

Salary and Benefit:
 Basic salary range: 18000rmb-25,000rmb per month (depending on workload and experience)
 Contract completion bonus
 Paid overtime hourly rate
 Working permit sponsored incl. paid medical check-up fees if need
 Paid sick leave, Chinese Public holidays, summer and winter breaks
 Medical insurance
 No office hours
 Free lunch
 Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 4000 RMB

Qualifications and Requirements:
 22 to 55 years old
 A genuine interest in children, teaching, and professional development
 Open-minded, an optimistic spirit, and professional flexibility
 Have an understanding on teaching students of different competencies
 Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
 Native English speaker
 Passport issued by the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand
 Two years post bachelor degree teaching experience in primary school or equivalent preferred
 Commitment to stay in Shanghai at least for a full 10-month teaching cycle
 Internationally recognized TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification preferred
