AMAZON E-Commerce Country Store Manager / Digital Marketer

Understanding of other online advertising platforms helpful ( GOOGLE, FACEBOOK )

Previous on-line digital marketing experience preferred

Product Listings, PPC Advertising, On-going SEO, Pricing, Customer Service, Trouble Shooting with AMAZON Platform, Profit and Loss Reporting, Holiday Promotional Sales

The Location:

Job at our Hangzhou Factory 


Job Duties: 

1. Translate and write engaging Product Copy using organic SEO

2. Create AMAZON Listing uploading copy and Tech Spec

3. AMAZON PPC Campaign Set up. On-going Keyword SEO: Add from AMAZON Suggested Keywords; and from researching competitors // online tools: Run Online Ads: Keyword, Brand, Video

4. Daily AMAZON Product Pricing updates. Be aware of and beat your competitor products

5. Pricing and Profit Reporting ( weekly ) Crunch the numbers to make money: Run AMAZON Reports, and double-check profit in Excel to fix data issues.

6. Customer Support: Within 24 hours answer customer questions, ask for reviews, and track down customers to ask them to remove bad reviews

7. AMAZON Trouble Shooting - Mostly by emails, but sometimes need to persevere with long AMAZON phone waits to solve issues

8. Holiday On-line Promotional Activity - Work with Marketing Department to drive seasonal sales - Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Back-to-School Black Friday, Xmas
