Applicants must:
 Must have a Bachelor Degree or above;
 have a minimum of two years of successful classroom teaching experience;
 Plan, prepare and deliver lessons with an integration of Chinese curriculum;
 Ensure course materials and syllabus are current and up to date;
 Monitor, assess and record students’ learning progress;
 Participate in school activities. Preference will be given to those applicants who:
 have prior ESL experience at the elementary school level;
 Dedicated educator, love for children and be willing to get to know more about Chinese culture;
 Be able to design course material and unit plans independently and collaboratively (with program coordinator and the teachers);
 Be able to evaluate students based on learning standards;
 Be able to adhere to the school professional regulations. Salary and Benefits:
 Monthly Salary: ￥23,000 RMB - ￥32,000 RMB (before tax) – half pay for Winter/Summer holidays;
 Monthly apartment allowance;
 Annual return airline allowance;
 Medical Insurance;
 Work Visa.
