A prestigious kindergarten against the mountain and overlooking the sea in a beautiful coast city named Xia’men is seeking for 3 to 4 kindergarten teachers for aug 2021 start ,
The school is facing the sea with breath- taking sea view and also enjoys the first class school facility .
Job description:
1、Lead English lessons for 2 to 6-year-old children during scheduled times, provide an immersive English-speaking environment, and guarantee the quality of instruction.
2、Ensure English curricula and lesson plans are implemented properly in the classroom and provide feedback to the R&D Department in order to improve it.
3、Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activities.
4、Maintain good relationships with parents, communicate with parents and assistant teachers and keep them well-informed about children’s performance and progress, provide a first-class service for the parents and children.
5、Assist and participate in relevant on-site training provided by the center and the headquarters; be willing to accept new teaching modes and educational philosophies.

Requirements
1、NATIVE English speaker.
2、Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education preferred) .
3、Enjoy working with young children.
4、Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (experience of teaching children preferred).
Salary : 25000-35000RMB x 12 months salary based on the teacher's qualification

Welfare:
1、The Employee is entitled to a travel allowance of ￥10000 per year. Tickets and invoices may be required by the employees for tax purposes. Flight bonus will be paid within 7 days following the contract’s expiration.
2、Paid holiday:
(1).Stuff in international kindergarten:
 holiday:
2 days paid leave every week;
Paid leave: 11 days of Chinese public holidays paid and 1 day of foreign employees Christmas holidays paid;
2 weeks of winter vacation（include 3 days of Spring Festival）+ 2 weeks of summer vacation
(2).Stuff in campus:
 holiday:
2 days paid leave every week;
Paid leave: 11 days of Chinese public holidays paid and 1 day of foreign employees Christmas holidays paid
