A prestigious international kindergarten in Wuxi, jiangsu province is seeking for a qualified IB foreign principal for Aug,2021 start .

Duties:

1. Actively implement national and school policies. Assist the Chinese principle to manage the whole kindergarten which raise the standard of management. Efforts to complete teaching tasks and related administrative work.

2. In charge of curriculum management. Guide Chinese and foreign teachers to make work plans. Supervise the implementation and participate in the summary. Keep related records and files. Set up the curriculum system of the pre-school together with Director of Pedagogy.

3. Instruct teachers to arrange children's daily life in a scientific way. Check class activities regularly. Guide, inspect and evaluate teachers in their work, arrange their work. And improve the professional ability of teachers.

4. Support home-school communication and cooperation, especially marketing activities for the pre-school.

5. Cooperate with the Chinese principal in other administrative coordination and management.
Remuneration and Benefits:
● Salary: RMB 35000-40000 monthly.

Job requirements:
1. Native English speaker with Bachelor above degree, Pre-school education major
2. Over 3 years teaching management experience; over 5 years pre-school teaching experience.
3. Be proficient in IB and Reggio curriculum
4. Candidates with working experience in Asian countries are preferred.
Start date : Aug,2021
