The Activity Studio is looking for a receptionist to work in our life enrichment centre in Jingan.

Duties:
- conduct orientation visits for parents
- correspond with customers regarding enrolment and other operational matters
- assist in creating brochures and documents providing school information.
- work with our accountant to create invoices for clients
- liaise with other agencies/ companies/ magazines to promote awareness of our programmes.

Requirements:
You should be friendly and energetic, with good interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in English is required with Mandarin conversational skills. You should enjoy meeting new people and be confident in providing school information to the public.

Work hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm
2 Saturdays per month 10am to 12.30pm.
