responsibilities:

Provide insights into our games and our players to help us improve usability and overall user experience
Work with game designers to define the potential problems that will facilitate the development of research
Conduct generative and evaluative research using various methods including interviews, surveys, and participatory design activities with players
Full-time remote position

Qualifications：

Native English speaker
Background in UX or human-subject research such as human-computer interaction, human factors, informatics, cognitive science, psychology is a plus
Comfortable with communication face-to-face, via email and by phone and in group settings both formal and informal
A demonstrated passion for games
An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
