Job Description
1. Teaching American Common Core Literature, Reading/ Writing/ Grammar/ Phonics/ Social Studies courses from K to G6 (Class size: Max.6)
2. Providing a certain level of public speaking training
3. Assisting with coaching in the Library
4. Cooperating with Chinese staff to provide student academic assessments
5. Lesson plan development (focusing more on customization rather than creating new lesson plans)
6. Possible participating in online reading content development (most likely voice recording)
7. Working schedule: 5 days per week. 2 days off in a row

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree required, Education and English degree preferred, higher degree preferred
2. 2 years of teaching experiences preferred
3. Native English speakers preferred
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate holders preferred
5. Highly responsible team player with hard working ethics

Wage and Benefit Package
1. Highly competitive salary depending on academic background and teaching experience
