Job Description
· Plan, develop and execute lessons that reflect the curriculum and the core educational standards.
· Evaluate students’ progress and the ability to meet courses standards in English knowledge and skills.
· Help students prepare for standardized testing.
 Employ a variety of methodologies in teaching and instructing pupils, including demonstrations, discussions, and lectures.
· Communication with parents is a key component of any teacher’s job.
· Deliver routine progress reports as required by the school administration.
· Require teachers to supervise extracurricular activities, such as a math club etc.
· Follow day to day affairs as required.
  Plan lessons, and participated in trainings.
  Participate in open days and communicate with parents.

Position Requirements
1、Familiar with A-level and CIE curriculum system (preferable);
2、Related bachelor degree or above;
3、At least two years related teaching experience (reference letters are required);
4、English native speakers preferred, other non-native speakers with good teaching experience are welcome

Salary&Benefits;
1、Salary: RMB 24,000/month—RMB 30,000/month;
2、Accommodation: free accommodation or accommodation allowance of RMB 2,000 will be provided;
3、Vacation Payment：basic salary during winter and summer vacations;
4、Flight Ticket: economic round-trip ticket allowance (per academic year with continuing contracts);
5、Work Visa: assist teachers with work visa application;
6、Commercial insurance will be provided;
7、Contract Period：2 years’ renewable;
8、Position: a full-time schedule of 40 working hours per week, which includes
a) maximum twenty 45-minute teaching periods per week;
b) ECA activities;
c) one or two evening tutorial lessons per week;
d) other activities that facilitate school development.
9、Class size: about 20-25 students per class, students age: around 16 years old;
10、Office Time: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm;
11、Work Location: Changzhou
