Responsibilities：
1)Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students
2)Make corresponding teaching plan according to the level of students
3)Mainly teach students English listening and speaking
4)Maximum 20 teaching hours per week
5)Keep sufficient communication with Chinese English teachers, to fully understand our teaching requirement

Compensation:
1)Monthly salary: RMB11000-14000;
2)RMB 5000 airfare allowance;
3)Free furnished apartment with kitchen provided or RMB2500/momth housing allowance;
4)Reimbursed residence permit, and obligatory medical check-up;
5)Working Visa, Residence permits, Foreign Expert permit provided;
6)Regular teaching training supplied by Haida and your school.
7)TEFL in China course available free to Haida staff (conditions apply)

9)Ongoing team-building activities organized by your school

Requirements:
1) Bachelors degree or higher;
2) TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA holder;
3) Native English speakers from USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland;
4) At least two years teaching experience after graduation;
5) Age: 22-60 years old;

Kindergarten: 3-7
Primary: 7-13
middle school：13-16
High school:16-18
Workload:16 -18classes/week;
