Job responsibilities岗位职责：
1. be independent to fulfill the teaching responsibilities
能够独立承担教学工作
2. be qualified to teach in English and master scientific teaching methods
胜任全英语课堂教学，掌握科学的教育教学方法。
3. equipped with creative skills and ideas for planning practical and interesting lessons
能够策划实用性强且有趣的课堂
4. be responsible and professional in planning and delivering lessons and create compatible supplementary teaching and learning materials
以专业且负责的态度备课、授课，并能够提供合适的辅助教学材料
5. give timely and periodic evaluation and feedback on students’ academic and non-academic performances
及时对学生学业及非学业方面的表现进行阶段性评估
6. Improve teaching according to feedback from students and administrators.
根据学生及管理人员的反馈改进教学
7. Advice to students for learning strategies and skills according to their learning potential.
根据学生的学习潜力，为他们提供学习策略和技能的建议
8. to collaborate and share with other teachers (local & foreign) to improve, develop and create an overall better teaching and learning materials, skills and environment
与本地教师及外教合作、分享，以期共同提高教学技能并提供更好的教学材料
9. create a safe environment for students so they feel relaxed getting out of their comfort zones

10. Actively get involved in the campus life and participate in the teaching and research activities and students activities to contribute wisdom and strength.

Job qualifications任职资格：
1. In good health and no bad conduct record
身心健康，无不良品行记录
2. Enthusiastic about international education.
对国际教育充满热情
3. Qualified teaching certificate / Diploma in TESOL, CELTA or similar
教师资格证/TESOL或CELTA同类证书
4. Exposure to or knowledge of international Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) and/ or Cambridge A Levels programme is an added advantage.
具有IB或A-level课程授课经验或了解相关知识的老师优先考虑
5. Bachelor’s degree or above in any field, preferably in Education or related
本科及以上学历，教育学有关专业优先
6. Candidates with overseas study experience or overseas working experience in education relevant areas are preferred
有国外留学经验或国外教育相关工作经验者优先考虑
7. Good communicator and listener
善于交流与倾听
8. Able to work well under pressure
