Location：This is home-teaching , which means you are required to visit your students in their houses to have your teaching session.

Visa requirement: In order to work with us you are expected to be able to apply for Working Visa, by which it means you have to have as least a bachelor degree and more than 2 years' work experience. In order to making things easier for you, we will take care of you visa application for free.

Target students: English learners in their ages of 3-12.
Class scale: 3-8 students.
Time length of each class: 90 minutes per class.
Teaching schedule: Monday & Tuesday: break time Wednesday to Friday: two lessons per day (17:00-18:30/19:00 to 20:30) Saturday and Sunday: four lessons per day (9:30-11:00/13:00-14:30/15:30-17:30/19:00-20:30) Total: 21.5 hours per week.
Office hours: 4 hours per week
Education background:At least bachelor degree, the ability to apply for working visa.
Academic Major requirement: Regardless.
Age: No more than 40
Insurance: You have to be under international accident insurance before you come to China.
Housing: We not only will provide you house allowance but also will try everything we can to help you settle down in the city.

Other welfare and bonus: RMB 2k for accomplishing each contract. 15 days holiday after one year working with us. There would be 1-7days training session which would be on going in Shanghai, during which time we provide accomodation and RMB 100 subsidyper day. We will cover all of your traveling fee for one time if you wanted to teach in cities other than Shanghai after your training session. If you worked over time, you will get paid by RMB 460 per hour.

Salary: You are expected to have a probation for 1 month only . The basic salary for probation is RMB 16k. Once you pass your probation, your salary will partially depend on how many class hours you have every month with a initial of RMB 18k. According to our previous experience, a foreign teacher can have up to 14 class in each semester and potentially achieve a salary of RMB 22k. The average is around RMB 20k after tax.
