I. Salary and Benefits
1. Basic salary: 20000-24000RMB
2. Air ticket: 10000RMB
3. Housing allowance: up to 2500RMB or dorm on campus

II. Candidate Requirements
1. From English-speaking countries
2. 2 years teaching experience or authenticated TEFL certificate holder
3. Authenticated bachelor degree or above
4. Chinese-embassy-authenticated background check
5. Health check report
III. Job Requirements
1. Make lesson plans, prepare teaching materials before each class
2. Complete each class as scheduled
3. Share Chinese homeroom teacher's duties
4. Attend and organize class activities on workdays
5. Meet with parents
6. Test and grade students
7. Maintain good relationship with co-teachers and parents
