Job responsibilities:
1. To excavate high-quality investment projects, conduct field investigation, demonstration and screening, analyze the investment feasibility, and put forward the scheme;
2. Participate in the establishment, operation, contract signing, organization and implementation of investment projects, objectively analyze the investment risks, and ensure the return rate, safety and reliability of investment;
3. Responsible for the follow-up monitoring, evaluation and management of completed investment projects, and be able to cooperate with the company to provide value-added services;
4. Experience in investment bank, Fund Company and other related industries, familiar with investment and financing management process;
5. Proficient in market analysis, familiar with financial policies and regulations.

高级投资经理

岗位职责：
1、挖掘优质投资项目，实地考察和论证筛选工作，进行投资可行性分析，并提出介入方案；
2、参与投资项目的立项、运作、签约、组织实施等，客观分析投资的风险，确保投资的回报率和安全可靠性；
3、负责已完成投资项目的后续监控、评估、管理，能够配合公司提供增值服务；
4、具有投行、基金公司等相关产业的从业经验，熟悉投融资管理流程；
5、精于市场分析，熟悉金融政策法规。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历优先；
2、具有2年以上投资或相关行业工作经历优先；
3、具有较强的市场开拓能力，能够独立地拓展投资业务、开发项目源，成功主导项目的投融资过程，能进行项目的投资后管理及增值服务；
4、具有良好的沟通能力和执行能力；投行、并购重组背景的优先。
