Salary and allowances:
RMB180,000-300,000 before tax per year
on-campus dormitory housing with basic furnishing (air-conditioner, fridge, washing machine, necessary beddings, etc.)

Responsibilities: 
planning opportunities to develop cultural, physical, social and emotional and spiritual aspects of students’ learning
introducing engaging practices and high-quality resources in teaching
prepare engaging teaching materials and use electronic media to teach subjects efficiently and effectively
assigning appropriate homework and marking it on time
evaluating student progress with accurate student records of performance and providing ongoing guidance for improvement 
attending parent, teacher, and staff meetings and other promotional events as required
participating in and organizing extracurricular activities
maintaining regular office hours
teaching up to 20 periods per week, 35-40 minutes per period
taking on professional development opportunities
being responsible for the safeguarding and wellbeing of students

Qualifications and experience:
English native speaker with a genuine interest in teaching high school students
bachelor degree or above in relevant areas, with teaching license such as PGCE (preferred) or with TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification (acceptable)
with at least 2-year full-time teaching experience
clear background without any criminal record

Haide Bilingual School, Dongguan (HBS) is the first elite bilingual school featuring STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) as its primary focus in the Greater Bay Area.
