Job Details:
1. Teaching students aged 3 – 12 years old
1.    Class size: 6 students per class
2.    Class length: 40 minutes
3.    5 day work week with 2 days off
4.    Contract Hours: 35 a week (20 teaching hours and 15 hours for lesson planning and non-teaching work)
5.    Weekly Schedule: weekday afternoons(14:00 - 21:00) & weekends (09:00 -
18:00). 2 weekdays off Depending on your time,
 
Salary & Benefits:
1. Base salary from 17,000RMB - 22,000RMB per month before tax;
2. Housing allowance provided;
3. Achievable bonus structure (demo, retention, student & teacher referral, contract completion)
4. Sign-in bonus of 6000RMB
5. Annual flight allowance of 6000RMB
6. Paid annual leave (up to 15 working days)
7. Public holidays (13 days)
8. 7 nights' free hotel stay upon arrival
9. Medical & Accident Insurance (including foreign spouse and immediate family in China)
 
Requirements:
1. Native English speakers with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
2. TEFL/TESOL certificate is preferred, but not required
3. 2 years' teaching experience is preferred, but not required
