5, Once lecturer enter the system of company should in strict to accordance the rules and regulations of company to fulfill their obligations.
6, Wages are paid monthly based on the working hour which is the lecture had count as hour.(Currency Unit: RMB)
7, Teaching range: early childhood to high school; Student age range: 5-18 years old

Other:
1,Have abundant teaching experience , love teaching , strong language express capacity , organizational ability, can mobilize the student's enthusiasm , be good at communicating with children in priority .
2,Have a unique personal charm, humor sense, be patient with teaching , serious working attitude, team work spirit.

Note:Lecturer need develop and design teaching material independently, working hour is only take lecture time as count. Lectures have two types: 40mins and 30mins, wages paid in hour as unit, the extra time is count as percentage.
