About Us
We are a high-end kindergarten run collaboratively by AU Group and Professor Fthenakis who is considered as the father of German early childhood education.It takes "lighting up the future of children" as its mission and implements the Fthenakis program based on Co-Constructivism. It applies mixed-age classes, bilingual (Chinese and English) immersion program and STEM teaching, aiming to bring up the next generation talents of international innovation with multicultural background.
Job Description
Work Type: Full Time（Monday--Friday）
Students age range: 2-6

Job Responsibilities
o Develops English curriculum and lesson plans with Chinese teacher.
o Uses different strategies to teach children of different English proficiency levels, provides continual assessment of student progress, maintain student records and portfolios.
o Develops each child's self-esteem, self-confidence, and autonomy, and assume responsibility for indoor and outdoor care in order to ensure the safety of the students.
o Responds quickly to children individual needs (verbal and non-verbal) by taking into consideration personality, capability and cultural difference of each child.
o Communicates with team members and parents about students' progress, participates in parent-teacher meetings and other meetings.
o Attends and participates regularly in teaching and research activities, staff meetings, training and other meetings organized by the kindergarten.
o Participates in kindergarten activities.
o Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
o Creates an inspiring, welcoming atmosphere for students.
o Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
oBachelor degree or above in early childhood education or other related field.
oTwo years teaching experience in kindergarten.
oTESOL Certification is a plus.
oFirst AD and CPR certification preferred.
oNative English speakers from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.
oBe able to pass a background check.
oBe able to submit a health report.
oBe able to provide recommendation letters
Salary and Benefits
o Monthly salary between 15,000 - 22,000 RMB
