Job description
1. English Teacher for a training center
2. Provide English course to students aged between 12 to 30;
3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4. Attend monthly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;
5. Handle class sizes from 1-5; ocassionally bigger audience in marketing activities;
6. 5 working days per week, available on weekend;
7. Working hours per week: 15 - 35 (depend); 2 hours each class, no office hours if not scheduled for a class or an activity;
8. Involves traveling between branches in a regular workday, mostly once a day. Most branches accessable via Subway; no travel subsidies;

Benefits Package
1. Basic salary: 20,000 RMB per month;
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 20000 RMB;
b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 1500 RMB
c. Overtime pay: 180 RMB per hour after working 100 hours a month
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance: 1,500 RMB per month;
b. Flight allowance: 5,000 RMB per year
4. Other benefits
a. Visa support: provide legal working residence permit and work permit;
b. social insurance;
c. Paid holiday: 7 days annual leave;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker(passport holder of native-speaking nations: U.S.; U.K.; Canada; Australia; New Zealand; South Africa) ;
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree; majors with relation to education or English language preferred;
3. preferred to have 2 years related experience with reference letter;
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate;
