General Responsibilities:
1. Create, deliver and measure promotional activities, including staff incentives.
2. Facilitate the creation of business strategies and conduct regular strategy update meetings.
3. Ensure customer request and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently.
4. Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs.
5. Consistently exceed guest expectations through structured programs.
6. Protect the health, safety and well being of our guests and colleagues.
7. Be a change agent, constantly reviewing service delivery.
8. Instill a culture of pride and ownership, ensuring a seamless operation at all times
9.Market Development and customer resource development
10.Organize and hold regular meetings for foreigners

Requirements
1. Completed a Hospitality course in a technical college or hotel school.
2. Similar experience in a previous position in a Hotel or Free Standing Restaurant.
3. Effective interpersonal skills team player.
4. Happy outgoing personality.
5. Goal driven personality, wants to gown and learn.
