Job content:
1. Receive customers through Dongdong, Qianniu and other chat tools or telephone, answer questions, facilitate transactions and convert orders;
2. Be familiar with various operation rules and procedures of JD or Taoxi;
3. Provide after-sales service for the buyer and follow up after-sales orders;
4. Inquiry and follow-up of express problem parts, and coordinate with express to follow up and handle the problem parts;
5. Other customer service related matters.
Qualifications:
1. Like sales, with more than 1 year of customer service experience
2. We should have the service spirit of "customer first", starting from the perspective of helping and satisfying customers.
3. The typing speed shall not be less than 60 words per minute.
