Detailed Job Description for ESL Teachers
1、Actively cooperate with the ESL Team Supervisor
2、Make weekly plan / day plan according to the syllabus and curriculum plan and submit it to the teaching team supervisor.
3、Prepare in advance the various materials required for the implementation of the course, including but not limited to all kinds of pictures, video, audio, manual work, stationery, etc.
4、Organize the implementation of the curriculum and complete the daily teaching contents.
5、Record each child's work progress and classroom performance after class and submit them to the head of the teaching group for archiving every month.
6、Take an active part in the teaching and research activities and training courses organized by schools.
7、Report to the principal and the Parent Affairs Commissioner in time if student have some emergency situation during class.
8、Participate in administrative meetings according to the needs of schools.
