Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the prediction and analysis of sleepwear market demand, providing the company with competitive product positioning and design style;
2. Integrate products according to sleepwear product style and market demand, propose product design ideas, grasp product design direction andcomplete design tasks;
3. Responsible for tracking the sample making process and plate modification, and timely coordinating the problems in the process;
4. Cooperate with the patterner to determine the size and technological requirements of the style;
5.Grasp the fashion trend of fabrics and accessories in each season, and be familiar with the latest production and design process.
6. Familiar with the seamless process equipment of sleepwear products
Requirements:
- Formal education in fashion design or a related field.
-Good presentation, negotiation & time management skills.
-Good understanding in pattern and fabrics.
