Luoyang Will-Be English School was established in 2006 and started with English training courses for young kids (3-12 years old) as an afterschool program. Now it grew to 1000 students at four school sites and a Children-Care Center, at various locations in Luoyang. We use our own set curriculum and the latest tech in our classrooms to create a better learning environment for the students. All of our classes use an English only environment to allow our students to learn from a native perspective. “Language Greatly Expands Your International Horizons” is our mission.

* Responsibilities
1) 20 teaching hours + 20 Office hours / 6 day work week which includes,
2) Teaching hours: 20 hours per week. It includes the following job
duties:
Classes teaching in the classroom
Demonstration for student recruiting activity
Open house and Teaching Activities.
3) Office hours: 20 hours per week. It includes the following job duties:
Class preparation, Making and preparing teaching aids, grading
assessments and students’ work, Testing Students, availability for
student/parent tutoring , conferencing as needed and appropriate,
participating in different Outside Promotion Activities, and Meetings,
etc.

* Qualifications:
1) English Speakers with an excellent command of oral and written
English and conversant with English culture.
2) A Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Education or a teaching
credential preferred.
3) 2 years of teaching experience in English Language Education
preferred.

* Benefits
Accommodation Allowance Monthly: 1500 Rmb
End Contract Bonus 2 years:6000 Rmb
Air Fare Yearly: 5000 Rmb
Insurance yearly: 1000 Rmb
Note： The end contract bonus will be paid at the end of the 2nd
year. When the teacher signs 4 years contract, the bonus will be
paid at the end of the 2nd year and 4th year.
Holidays: Chinese Public Holidays and 7-day Summer Vacation

* Visa Application:
The School will provide the working permit and working visa. The
application process may take up to 1.5 months depending on how
long it takes to provide the appropriate documents, information,
and receive the visa approval.
