Department: Primary School at a K-12 International school
Homeroom Teacher: Grades 1-5
Location: Shanghai Songjiang Line 9 University Town Station

Minimum Requirements:
-Native Speaker (Passport Holder: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand)
-Case by case exceptions can be made for passport holders from Ireland and South Africa
-Bachelors degree in Education or related subject
-120 Hour TEFL
-2 years teaching experience in a bilingual international school
-Salary based on credentials and experience. Diligent and dedicated new teachers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
-Engaging 25-30 students in the learning process as a homeroom teacher
-Having a good attitude and being a team player
-Developing students' critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration skills
-Maintaining daily discipline with regard to punctuality, behavior, standards of work and independent learning
-Marking and grading students' work and giving feedback


Start Date: 2019-2020 school year
(August 23rd to June 25th)
Working Hours: 7:50 AM- 4:15 PM
18, 35 minute classes per week
M-F With paid holidays provided (30 days paid)

Starting Salary package:
-19-26K RMB
-Full Health Coverage
-15K Annual Bonus, open to negotiate
-15-20% increase on salary and resigning bonus for returning teachers
