TopSchools is recruiting an AP Visual Art / Drama Teacher for the International Dept of a public school in Chengdu which requires candidates to be on board in Aug 2019.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Teaching Physics to Grade 9 to 12 in AP program(s);1. Teaching visual arts, drama and part of oral English to Grade 9 to 12 in AP program(s);
2. Teaching classes of about 20 students in the context of an integrated curriculum;
3. Increasing the skills set of high school students to further understand performing arts concepts;
4. Participating fully in the demanding and rich life of the school, particularly in preparation for school events and extra-curricular activities;
5. Keeping careful anecdotal and assessment records and using them to write accurate, comprehensive reports;
6. Providing additional support at school promotional activities.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with related major;
2. At least two years full-time teaching experience beyond student teaching in public or independent schools;
3. Strong communication abilities including speaking and writing;
4. A friendly, patient personality, sensitive to the needs of a diverse group of students;
5. Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes;
6. Wide-ranging intellectual and educational interests and ability to commit to a creative, integrated curriculum.

Remuneration packages (per year):
1. Basic Salary: RMB15,000 to RMB25,000 per month;
2. Two single air fares (to & from China) up to RMB10,000;
3. Accommodation / Living allowance RMB 3,000 - RMB 4,000 every month;
4. Baggage allowance up to RMB2,000;
5. Setting-in allowance up to RMB2,000 at first year;
6. Health Insurance.
