Qualifications
• A genuine interest in children, teaching, and professional development
• Bachelor's degree(Preferred Education Major)
• Internationally recognized TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification
• Above two years teaching experience(Preferred IB,AP,Primary or Middle school Esl experience)
• Native English speaker 
• Qualified for Z visa.

Responsibilities
• Planning and delivering lessons to students
• Using electronic media and course ware to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
• Participating in activities with students organized by your school 
• Maintaining regular office hours

Benefits
• Monthly Salary 18k after tax( 20k before tax)
• 2000 rmb housing allowance
• Half pay for Summer and Winter Holidays ( 1month winter , 2months summer)
• 5000 Flight allowance/year
• 6000 Cash Bonus/year
• 500 rmb Transportation allowance / month
• Z visa provided
• Yearly salary increment

Working hours,class details:
Monday - Friday, 8am-12pm, 2-5:30 pm.
Maximum teaching hours 20/week, 10-15 office hours/ week.
45 minutes/class, 20 students
Location: Shenzhen Nanshan (25mins by metro to futian CBD)
