Native English teachers are needed. 15K-25K

Position Information:
1. Full time in our Training Centers, teaching the kids ages from 3 to 12.
2. Cooperate with the chinese assistant to track and follow each kid's study, feedback and comunicate with the parents.
3.Participate in the Festival Activities sometimes.

Standard Qualifications:
1. Native English Speaker from USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia and Ireland.
2. Love teaching and love kids.
3. Willing to work in Chengdu at least one year.
4: Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

Optional Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree is preferred.
2. Teaching experience is preferred.
3. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate is preferred.

Our salary package:
1: Competitive basic salary 10000-20000RMB/month
2: Monthly housing allowance 2000RMB/month or free accomodation
3: Monthly full-attendance bonus reward 1000RMB/month.
3: Monthly performance bonus 1000-2000RMB/month
4. Yearly flight allowance 5000RMB/year
5. 7 nights paid accommodation upon arrival and up to 2100RMB, airport pick up and assistance for apartment hunting
6. 10 days paid annual holiday per year, Public holidays, 2 days off/week
7. Free visa and medical assurance.
8. Regular teacher training and academic development workshops conducted by our national or regional trainer.
9. Ongoing team-building activities organized by our company.
11. Opportunities for promotion.
