Job Description:
工作内容：
 Do service product promotion, negotiation, contract signing and subsequent service, such as HR agency service, dispatch, and payroll etc.
销售人事外包服务产品，如：代理服务、派遣服务、薪资服务等外包业务销售和解决方案
 Achieve business & revenue objectives, BD new client and channel
完成个人销售指标，积极开发新客户，通过各种方式拓展业务，完成销售目标
 Achieve consistency of brand message, product design, market research processes & sharing of best practices across all business areas
在行业领域内做持续品牌推广,产品设计，市场调研
 Facilitate customer & business partner satisfaction to achieve sustainable commercial relationships
促进与合作伙伴的长期商务合作关系

Job Requirements:
任职要求：
 At least 3 years marketing & sales work experience in HR outsourcing industry
具有至少3年市场销售工作经验在人力资源外包行业
 Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历
 Very good understanding of the target market segments in HR industry and its related markets
熟悉人力资源行业及相关行业市场
 Strong ability to interpreting product features based on client needs
拥有较强的产品演说能力
 Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
良好的个人沟通能力
 Fluent Chinese will be a plus
中文水平良好优先考虑
