Position: International Education Specialist
Onboard:ASAP
Salary Range:22K-28K(After tax)
Service Bonus:From the 16th student and on (spanning one application season), 1200-2000 per student
Location:Line 4 Shanghai Stadium(5-10 mins walking)
Working Schedule: 09:30-18:30 (Depending on Class Schedule,2 days off schedule,either sat and sun,fri and sat,sun and mon)
Description of position:
International education specialist works directly with assigned students and brings the best possible chance of academic success and personal development at an American education institution through providing guidance counseling/advices. This position is responsible for giving counseling lectures, meeting and counseling students and students’ parents, producing customer-oriented application packages, providing college application and essay coaching, alongside preparing students for a success life at their future school.

Qualifications:
-A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
-Strong written and communication skills
-A self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Interest in international education
-Knowledge of Chinese language is preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Client relation management, including routine communication, problem solving and complaint handling.
-Participation in marketing events, including seminars, consulting and other miscellaneous on-site tasks.
-Admission coaching, including information gathering from online/offline sources and instruction of information to students under both individual and group setting.
-Essay coaching, including brain storming, structuring, reviewing and editing of high school/undergraduate/graduate level application essays.
-Application management, including application status tracking and follow-ups before, during and after the application season.
-Participation in corporate training and follow company’s service quality standards.
-Other tasks assigned by the Chief Director.

2.If resignation is sent in the first contract year, SmartStudy retains the right to withdraw benefits immediately and the employee should refund all incurred benefits to the company.
