5. Work Days: from Monday to Friday，8am -3pm. 1.5hour noon break
6. Work load: 3-4 classes each day(45 mins)
 
Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Remuneration: 21K-23K/month(basic salary+ rent allowance + performance bonus+ transportation reimbursement)
2. 11 months payment + around 3 months(Summer+ winter) holiday
3. Promotion opportunity: IBPYP teacher, academic director
4 IB training, academic exchange activity, TEFL workshop
5. Free mandarin class
