Who we are?
Xue Bang Online is a new company specializing in providing an online English service to public schools in rural China from our Beijing center. We currently have a young small team of English teachers from around the world and our company is growing faster than expected through the support of many investors in China.

Who we need?
Full time and Part time NATIVE English teachers who come from The United Kingdom, The United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa.

Where to work?
Tianjin

Job requirement?
1. Native speakers
2. Have teaching experience; (Preferred)
3. Good communication skills and positive attitude
4. Outgoing, enthusiastic with excellent interactive abilities;
5. Curious about new technology education

Working hours
Full-time: 2 shifts 9:00-18:00 or 12:30-21:30 (5 days a week, 2 days off, very flexible)
Part-time: Negotiable (Depends on your availability and class schedule)

Pay and conditions?
1. Provide accommodation in Tianjin
2. 25 minute classes to a selection of kids, teenagers, adults, 1 on 1 classes, and group classes. Everyday is different.
3. All classes are prepared. On average you have eight 25 minute classes and you are free to do as you please between classes.
4. Visa assistance
5. Salary: 14000-16000 RMB depending on experience and ability
6. Monthly full attendance bonus and annual bonus included.
7. Free internal Chinese lessons;
8.11 Public Holidays and 5 day paid leave included.
9. No agents, you will work directly with the company with no hidden conditions
