Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the daily recruitment and management of foreign teachers in the
company, including announcements on recruiting website, interviewing with foreign
teachers, daily management of foreign teachers, arrangement of foreign teachers’ life, etc.
2. Be responsible for compiling the syllabus of teaching plan, conducting professional
training for new foreign teachers, arranging jobs, etc.
3. Be responsible for coordinating the time of foreign teachers and making follow-up
arrangements for their return to their countries.
4. Cooperate closely with company leaders to designedly expand and open up new
businesses (Study abroad, courses synchronization with North America)
5. Gradually expand the Chinese and European American Market, the main business fields
are: domestic and foreign trade, foreign registered companies and other aspects.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be American or native English speakers (required with passport), non native English
speakers please don’t come.
2. Must not leave Tianjin for more than 1-2 years, if you want to develop education, you
should build a bridge of communication between China and foreign countries.
