Work content:
1. Independently manage Alibaba, responsible for store marketing optimization, and propose relevant optimization programs.
2. Upload the latest product information in time, evaluate and analyze the keyword of the product, and improve the search ranking of product keywords.
3. Collect and analyze market conditions and competitors, and develop promotion and sales plans.
4. Through the mail, SKYPE, TM, Whatsapp, WeChat customer enquiry and various issues.
5. Track customer orders throughout the process until signing, timely feedback on all aspects, and provide good customer service.
6. Properly handle customer complaints and disputes.
7. Use the network to search for new customers and record files for development and follow-up.
8. Use contactlin or a social networking site such as twitter or facebook to connect or develop customers.
Qualifications:
1: Academic qualifications are not limited, male or female, more than one year of work experience, English has four grades, excellent experience in the electronic cigarette industry, native language is English priority, welcome foreign talents to settle in;
2: Use the company's network platform to actively carry out foreign business, expand foreign markets, develop and maintain customers;
3: Collect relevant market information, submit market records and analysis reports;
4: Liaison, negotiation and negotiation of foreign business, order processing, delivery of goods and after-sales service;
5: A positive attitude, hard work, strong pioneering spirit and good professional ethics, focusing on teamwork.
