Job Description
1.Able to teach English for children aged 2-8 years old and ensure the quality of instruction；
2.Teach English courses, prepare lessons before class, and teach according to the teaching plan and needed equipment;
3.Teach kids English during the English class, outdoor activities time, etc;
4.Organize activities with Chinese members e.g. Halloween party, Christmas party, etc;
5.Help kids develop good personalities and habits

Needed Qualifications
1.English idiomatic level speakers with teaching experience or teaching certificate;
2. Bachelor degree or above, with teaching certificate is preferred. (TEFL/TESOL);
3. At least two years of teaching experience is preferred;
4. Can speak a little Chinese, proficiency in Chinese is preferred;
5. Extrovert, full of love、patience、responsibility，have good teacher's Ethics and professional ethics. Have experience in preschool education institutions such as kindergarten.

Salary/Package
1.13,000-18,000 CNY/Month, based on qualification.
2. Annual bonus: 5000CNY flight allowance after completed one-year contract.
3. Provide legal Z visa for the qualified teacher.
4. Two days off during weekdays and Chinese public holidays.
5. KPI bonus: Extra bonus according to performance in teaching.
6. Demo Sign-up Student Allowance: Available upon performance
7.Work Visa: Legal work visa application will be provided by the company
8.Paid Leave: 10 days besides all public holidays.
