For further development, the school is looking for:

Teachers of Physics and Psychology:
To teach subjects to Grade 10 to 12 in IFY/AP program(s);
To provide the best possible teaching and learning environment for the students;
To facilitate the attainment of each student’s full potential and develop non-academic as well as academic skills via the teaching of the subject;
Providing feedback to students on their in-class performance and out-of-class assignments so that they may develop effective study independently;
Providing feedback to the Centre Academic Principal on students’ in-class performance and behavior;

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above with related major;
Native English speaker;
Have recognized teaching qualification in related discipline;
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field in teaching post 16 students;
Familiar with western higher education, understand the international students' needs and requirements;
At least 2 years Experience of working with ESL students advantageous;
a TESL/TEFL qualification (i.e. CELTA, DELTA or MA TESOL) (desirable).

Remuneration packages:
RMB18000/ month to RMB22000/month（after tax）;
Air ticket allowance，10000RMB/ per academic year;
Accommodation allowance，3000RMB/ per month;
Baggage allowance;
Setting-in allowance;
Medical Insurance;
Paid leaves.
