Job Requirements
Provide a caring and nurturing environment for the children;
Maintains a healthy, safe and clean classroom;
Shows a genuine interest and love in children;
Create and implement Lesson Plans;
Strong communication skills interacting with parents and staff;
Multitasking - being aware of classroom environment and dynamics;
Interacts consistently with children in a positive and loving manner;
Has energy level to do the job;
Ability to follow directions and be a team player;
Must pass background check, including impeccable references

Qualifications
Native speaker preferred;
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Early Childhood education or related field;
Passion for child care and making a difference in the lives of young children;
At least 12 months of professional teaching experience in a kindergarten classroom;
Minimum age of 22
