Responsibilities
• Developing a creative learning community across the school.
• Ensure planning and smooth functioning of all academic and curricular activities
• Maintaining order and discipline in the school
• Co-ordinate and ensure smooth functioning of day to day activities.
• Act as a channel for flow of information between school & parents.

Job Description
• Explain Parents about the curriculum and how it leads to holistic development of a child, Importance of English,Child Centredness,Sports,music,first grade prep ,parenting and convert into admissions
• Marketing activities at the Pre School and corporate
• Maintain best relations with the preschool owner ,directors and corporate for long term business
• Support maximum marketing activities for Brand awareness.
• Timely reporting of the internal generated reports/ trackers/MIS
• Scrutinize and maintain records for teaching and staff training
• To close the complaints of the parents without any delay.

Requirements
**Graduate/Postgraduate / Early Childhood Education Specialization
**Education Consultants with experience managing and leading will be considered
**MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK Chinese (conversational level)
**Must be Western Trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland Ireland, Australia, NZ & SA)
**Must be a native speaker of English
**Be proficient in MS Office Applications & use of interactive whiteboard
**Have a comprehensive grasp of the current education initiatives, practice and thinking
**Both MALE and FEMALE can apply
