The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- English language fluency; proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm
- Native English speaker
- Experience with teaching English to kids/adults/companies/ is necessary,at least 3 years teaching experience.
- Understanding and interest in Chinese culture
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes
- An energetic and enthusiastic disposition
Responsibilities:
-Instructing students ages 4-15 in the English language (KIDS)/ Instructing students ages 15+ in the English language, adults and business English as well.
-Utilizing creative, interactive speaking listening activities that engage students
-Developing lesson plans and contributing to existing curriculum
-Attending meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars
-Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities
