JOB DESCRIPTION
1. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

1.1 Native English Speaking from USA, UK, AUS, Canada and New Zealand etc.
1.2 Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm.
1.3 Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (master's preferred) (Chinese legalized)
1.4 Proof of no criminal background check (Chinese legalized)
1.5 TESOL /TEFL/CELTA
1.6 A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with reference letters

2.POSITION DESCRIPTION

2.1 Age of students: 18-25
2.2 Number of students per class: about 30
2.3 Each classrooms: is equipped with a computer, projector, microphone, and speakers
2.4 Provided Curriculum

3.REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

3.1 Monday to Friday (no nights)
3.2 Salary range 18,000-25,000, negotiable based on previous experience, education, and credentials.
3.3 2months of Summer vacation and 1 month winter vacation with half-month salary per month
3.4 Insurance: Domestic Medical Insurance provided
3.5 Airfare or contract completion bonus: 8,000RMB yearly airfare allowance
3.6 Off campus accommodation allowance 2000RMB per month
3.8 Work permit, foreign expert certificate, and Z-visa sponsored and paid
3.9 18 hours of teaching and 5 hours of administration per week.
