Job Responsibilities
1.Record audio or video materials according to teaching plans
2.Go through teaching procedure of each lesson, and practice trial teaching
3.On-line open classes
4.Deliver online English open classes to students on a regular basis and standardized teaching procedure
5.Co-develop teaching standard with our R&D team, e.g. Designing teaching syllabus and lesson objectives

Candidate Qualifications
1.Native English speaker from US,Canada,the United Kingdom
2.Lovable with at least 2-year teaching experience on kids
3.Bachelor degree,TESOL/TEFL or related English certificates preferred
4.Highly interactive and energetic during classes
5.Preferably with acting experience
